Refund Policy

Because every Knee Grease item is made to order, we're unable to offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Each piece is printed specifically for you once you place your order — so we don't hold pre-made stock to restock or swap.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at andyiles62@gmail.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever suits. If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and an address at that time.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification, in line with EU consumer law. Contact us at andyiles62@gmail.com to arrange this.

Refunds
Once your return or cancellation is approved, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at andyiles62@gmail.com.

Exceptions
We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
